Product Applications:

Anion Hydroxyl Silicone Emulsion can be used for post finishing of cotton, linen, silk, wool, synthetic fibers and their fabrics. The finished fabrics have a soft and smooth feel, enhanced elasticity, wear resistance, wash resistance, and can enhance temperature resistance and waterproof performance.
Anion Hydroxyl Silicone Emulsion can be used for processing various threads in the thread making industry, especially high-speed sewing threads, to make them smooth, enhance the strength and toughness of the threads, prevent breakage, and improve sewing speed.
Used for processing wigs and similar products, it can make them soft, shiny, smooth, and improve the combing effect.
As an isolation agent used on the surface of leather and other products, it can protect the leather surface and prevent sticking.
Water based release agent for rubber and plastic products.

Application Instruction:

When used for softening or surface treatment, it is generally used alone or compounded into a solution with a solid content of 1-5%. When used as a release agent, it is generally diluted to 3-6%.

It shall not be mixed with cationic emulsion.

Should pay more attention to the compatibility with other materials before mixing.
