Epoxy Silicone Emulsion can enhance fabric stretchability and shape recovery: Good whiteness, suitable for light colored fabrics, effectively improves wrinkle resistance, and significantly enhances fabric sewability;
Waterproof and dry cleaning performance: It has excellent distribution on the fiber surface, enhancing the tear strength of the fabric;

Product Applications:

Used for processing various threads (especially high-speed sewing threads) in the thread making industry, making them smooth, enhancing the strength and toughness of the threads, preventing breakage, and improving sewing speed;
Used for processing wigs and similar products, it can make them soft, shiny, smooth, and improve the combing effect;
As an isolation agent used on the surface of leather and other products, it can protect the leather surface and prevent sticking.

Application Instruction:

When used for softening or surface treatment, it is generally used alone or mixed with amino lotion to form a solution with a solid content of 1-5%.

Epoxy Silicone Emulsion is a cationic system, and when combined with other materials, attention should be paid to compatibility, especially when used in combination with anionic systems, to prevent emulsification.
