Product Characteristics:
Hydroxyl Fluoro Silicone Oil is a silicone modified material polymerized from fluorosiloxane monomers, with hydroxyl groups at both ends of the molecule. It not only has the high and low temperature resistance and fuel resistance characteristics of general fluorosilicone polymers, but also has great chemical reactivity. Due to the introduction of trifluoropropyl, it has excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low solidification point, and can be used for a long time under the conditions of -50 ℃~250 ℃. It has a low viscosity temperature coefficient, high compression ratio, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, presenting chemical and physiological inertness.

Application of Hydroxyl Fluoro Silicone Oil
Product Applications:
- Used as the base rubber and diluent for condensation type room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, such as the base material for sealants and mold adhesives;
- It is an excellent structural control agent for fluorosilicone rubber, used as an intermediate, molecular weight regulator, and processing aid for fluorosilicone rubber;
- It can also be used as the main raw material for waterproof and oil proof agents, defoamers, and lubricants.
