Product Characteristics:

Liquid Silicone Rubber for molding is a flowing white liquid, containing two parts: Part A is silicone gel, and Part B is curing agent. The proportion of curing agent added is 3% to 5%. After adding the curing agent, the silicone gel can flow within 30 minutes at room temperature, and the mold can cure within 4-8 hours.

Product Features:

This product has the characteristics of non-deformation, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and non-expansion;
This product has a good shrinkage rate and multiple molds, with a silicone shrinkage rate of 0.2% for the mold;
The product has good tensile and elastic strength, good tear resistance, and the generated mold does not deform;
This product is resistant to high temperatures and the generated mold can be used within -50~200 degrees Celsius;
This product can adjust its hardness according to customer requirements;
This product can adjust its hardness according to customer requirements.
