medium Phenyl Methyl Silicone Fluid with medium phenyl content can be used as a heat exchange solution for metal products in heat treatment baths and high-temperature baths, lubricating oil for high-temperature furnace meters, insulating oil and heat carrier for motors and electronic machines. Silicone grease mixed with lithium soap can be used as a high-temperature lubricant for ball bearings.

Product Applications:

medium Phenyl Methyl Silicone Fluid can be used as a raw material for high-temperature lubricating oil, grease, and thermal conductive silicone grease, for thermal conductivity, insulation, lubrication, damping, shock resistance, and dust prevention. Wide temperature range for use, open systems can use a temperature range of -40~238 ℃, and closed systems can use a temperature range of -40~315 ℃;
This product has radiation resistance and can be used as a radiation resistant and high-temperature carrier silicone oil for sun umbrellas and nuclear power plants;
Can be used as high-temperature hydraulic oil, transformer filling oil, and various pressure transmitter pressure signal transmission media;
Can be used for heating and insulation treatment in applications such as circuit boards. Better heat resistance and oxidation resistance than methyl silicone oil;
Can be used for lubrication of transmission chains and bearings under various sustained high temperatures. Lubrication for chains used in various drying machines, textile machines, ovens, and baking ovens;
