Product Characteristics:

Methyl vinyl silicone rubber is a high molecular weight polysiloxane compound synthesized by introducing high-quality siloxane and vinyl groups. This series of adhesives can be divided into two categories based on different molecular end groups: methyl terminated VMQ and vinyl terminated VMQ. The 110 series is vinyl terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber, and the 112 series is methyl terminated methyl vinyl silicone rubber.

After adding reinforcing agents (silicon dioxide) and additives, the 110 series and 112 series silicone rubber can crosslink into elastomers at high temperatures, which can be used to manufacture various mixed rubber products such as molded rubber, extruded rubber, electrical insulation rubber, flame retardant rubber, etc. They can crosslink into elastomers at high temperatures and further produce various silicone rubber products.

Product Applications:

Methyl vinyl silicone rubber, due to its increased vulcanization activity, has greatly improved heat resistance and high-temperature compression deformation resistance, making it the largest and most widely used type of silicone rubber with the most varieties and grades. In addition to general-purpose rubber materials, various specialized and processing characteristic silicone rubbers are also processed and matched based on it, such as high-strength, low compression deformation, conductivity, delayed combustion, thermal conductivity and other silicone rubbers. This type of silicone rubber is widely used in 0-type sealing rings, oil seals, various pipelines, sealants, and adhesives;
Suitable for the production of silicone masterbatch base rubber and gel like vulcanizing agents, vinyl-terminated VMQ can also be used in combination with methyl vinyl silicone rubber raw rubber to formulate high tear strength silicone rubber, produce low hardness silicone rubber and sponge silicone rubber. Raw rubber with vinyl content ranging from 0 to 0.04% is widely used in the application of ceramicized silicone rubber;
In industries such as aviation, electronics, machinery, and chemical, it can be used to manufacture high and low temperature resistant sealing materials as well as waterproof and moisture-proof insulation materials;
Due to its physiological inertia, vinyl-terminated VMQ can be used in the production of artificial organs and medical tubes in the field of medicine and health, and is a raw material for mixing silicone rubber.
